General-Purpose Ultrafast Liquid & Paste Packaging Machine
EKL-1300R is the ultrafast liquid & paste packaging machine that enables the high-precision heat rolling. With the servomotor employed as the main unit drive, the pitch can be changed in the range of 40-200mm just with a single touch. Also, equipped with the photoelectric control for pattern matching, EKL-1300R provides the excellent reproducibility of the packaging conditions by managing the numeric data of gpackaging temperatureh, gpackaging speedh and gsealing pressure (heat roller gap control *optional)h. The segmented functions (mechanisms) necessary for the packaging enable the swift block replacement upon model change, trouble or maintenance. The layout, including the position of the operation box and original film, can be changed freely as desired in accordance with the work conditions.
